Alison has been working as a Medical Secretary and PA for over 25 years , including 17 years of dedicated work in Dermatology .
Alison plays an important role in assisting Michelle Thomson with the day to day running of the Birmingham Skin Clinic . She arranges appointments, theatre sessions, manages queries and provides continuing administrative support. She facilitates communication between the clinic, patients, GPs and other specialists to ensure an integrated pathway of patient care.
